Education is my life--there's no work I'd rather do!

 

• 🎓 I’m a certified Barton tutor, a PhD educator, and a homeschooling mom who loves working with neurodivergent learners.

 

• 🤝 My approach is supportive and collaborative, shaped by years of training in mentor-focused teaching. I named this practice "Rewrite the Story" because it’s about more than reading and spelling—it’s about helping students build a new, confident self-narrative. That’s one of the greatest joys of this work!

• 🌈 I'm neurodivergent too, so I understand what it’s like to be exceptionally skilled in some areas and need tons of support in others—especially when my challenges apply to things that people think should come “easily.”

 

• 💬 As your child’s dyslexia tutor, I’ll be with them every step of the way.

       You can expect encouragement, laughter, and real results as we learn together.
